The shop is owned by Darran Beardmore a bowler with over 20 years experience in both short mat and crown green.

During the nineties darran played for England winning three national titles and two international titles plus other local and regional titles in short mat bowls.

Also during that time played crown green bowls with some local success.

Darran still plays today in local leagues and for the county in both short mat and crown green.

With darrans passion and the lack of bowling equipment available in the Staffordshire area he opened his retail and online shop to provide a friendly and helpful service to all bowlers whatever the level they plat at.
